This delicious dessert is a traditional chocolate sponge filled with dark chocolate mousse and cherries and then covered with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with snow and cherries. It can be with or without the Merry Christmas sign.
In taste this is very similar to a black forest cake. This is a spectacular dessert dessert and is suitable for both children and adults.
Cake Notes
It comes in one size and is by order only.
It requires three day's notice
The log will keep fresh for 3 days from collection or delivery and should be refrigerated.
Take out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to serving.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday.

We only use free range eggs the best of NZ dairy, Belgium chocolate and fresh fruit.
